This is the 570th USAAG's (Unitied States Army Artillery Group) Unit Crest. As pointed out before, the 570th was the 4th USAFAD's Headquarters.

The Crest says on it "The Professionals" across the bottom band, and you can see the emblems of old time artillery upon the crest as well.
